The human race has long ago forgotten the old ways, the ways of energy and magic. They have all but forgotten The Connection, the bond between the eight realms of the mirrors. These mirrors allow the us to travel between the realms. Some use these mirrors for conquest, others for pilgrimages. Still others are just looking for a good adventure. But there are some who use them as a means to destroy everything.
There are those humans who seek to destroy The Connection between everyone. They seek to kindle the flames of a Great War and kill any who oppose them. It has been a long time since the humans of Earth have clashed openly with the others of the realms, but the growing buzz on Earth about other planets able to support life is making The Repairmen uneasy. Their goal is to wipe out the possibility of contamonation from the other realms. They sneak around, inciting war between the people of the realms in order to distract them from the terror of broken mirrors.
No one is prepared for them. But there are a few who are catching on to the game. There are those who are fighting back against The Repairmen.
